How to Order Your Resources?
Due to recent changes in both VAT rates and NHS structure we have had to amend our resource order forms. Please read below before placing an order.
Below are the latest versions of the DESMOND module order forms.
Guidance for ordering resources
- You can only order resources for modules that you have Educators trained in
- You must include a complete Trust name, and if an NHS trust in the UK, a 3 digit trust code must also be supplied
- You must provide a clear delivery address with postcode along with contact name & telephone number of recipient
- Orders must be sent either by fax to 0116 2586165 or by email to desmond.orders@uhl-tr.nhs.uk
If the above guidance is not followed then we can not guarantee that we will be able to process your order.
When to expect your order
We aim to process orders within 48 hours of receipt, they will then take 48 hours to be dispatched therefore please allow 5 working days from ordering to receipt of goods.
Purchase Orders
If your trust requires you to raise a purchase order for goods, then please ensure that it is sent along with your order otherwise we can not guarantee that it will appear on the invoice and therefore may cause unnecessary delay.
