DESMOND is growing in Sheffield and there are courses now running at least once per month in several venues around the city. If you are a newly diagnosed person with diabetes or have had diabetes for some time but like to learn more about it, then please ask you GP or practice nurse to refer you to a course in your area.
Localities in the PCT where DESMOND is available: Firth Park, Jordanthorpe, Middlewood, Belgrave.
