Modules Delivered:

DESMOND Newly Diagnosed module available (for patients up to 12 months post diagnosis)

DESMOND Foundation module available (for those with established diabetes)

The DESMOND Programme in Camden is run over a full day, 2 – 3 times per month. It is available in various locations in Camden (see localities). It is FREE to all those with type 2 diabetes, who are registered with a Camden GP.

Your GP can refer you to the Camden Diabetes Integrated Practice Unit for structured education for type 2 diabetes. Once we receive your referral, we will send you available dates for you to choose from. Once you have received the dates, please contact our administrator to book a session.
