Overview
DESMOND is free, and available across the city in locally accessible venues. Invitations to attend following referral are timely and the person with diabetes is invited to their nearest venue, they are also encouraged to bring a guest.

DESMOND is delivered by a team of trained educators over two half day sessions, that are one week apart. A letter can be provided for an employer if that is requested in order for the person with diabetes to secure the time away from work.
