How to order your resources?

When placing a resource order with us, please the order forms below to ensure you have the most current prices. Also please read below before ordering:

Terms & conditions for ordering resources
  • A Purchase Order needs to be provided with every order – we are unable to process orders without a PO (please read additional notes below)
  • You can only order resources for modules that you are licenced to deliver
  • You must include a complete Trust name (and if an NHS trust in the UK), a 3 digit trust code must also be supplied
  • You must provide a clear delivery address with the correct postcode – please double check before sending to us
  • A contact name and telephone number of the recipient is compulsory
  • An invoicing name, contact number and email address must be provided on every order
  • Orders must be sent by email to desmond.orders@uhl-tr.nhs.uk

If the above guidance is not followed, the order will be returned back to the sender and will not be processed until the relevant details are added. This also includes Purchase Orders. Many thanks for your cooperation.

Purchase Orders

Please ensure that the purchase order is sent along with your completed order form, to avoid any unnecessary delay. Please ensure the delivery cost of £12.00 is added to all Purchase Orders.

When to expect your order

We aim to process orders within 48 hours of receipt, but please allow 5 working days from ordering to receipt of goods. During busy postal periods there may be slight delays to this time-frame, if you require any information about your order please do not hesitate to contact us on the details below.

What to do if your goods haven’t arrived or your order is incomplete/incorrect/damaged?

If your goods haven’t arrived within the time-frame specified above please contact us immediate.

If your order is incomplete/incorrect/damaged please contact us no later than 10 working days after receipt – anything later than this we cannot guarantee that we will be able to rectify the problem.

Starter Kits

If you are a new site (or existing) that is looking to buy a starter kit, please contact us for exact content. In short each starter kit contains the permanent resources your educators will need to deliver (this may include food models, laminates, magnetic resources) as well as enough patient materials to deliver your first course.
